The crew at Dryden Restoration Orange County isn’t a rotating cast of subcontractors. It’s the same faces showing up in the same trucks, week after week, from San Clemente to La Habra. We’re a small, senior team by design. Every technician has at least seven years in the restoration trade, and most of us grew up in Orange County or have lived here long enough to know that a June marine layer can slow drying times just as much as a burst pipe can. What unites us is simple: we show up when we say we will, we tell you the truth about the damage, and we don’t leave until the moisture meter says what it should say.
Restoration work we handle

Our People
Mike R. – Lead Restoration Technician
Mike has been with the Kingswell family of restoration businesses for 14 years, the last nine of them running jobs across Orange County. He holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying, and he’s the person we send when a loss requires psychrometric drying calculations, which is really just figuring out how much moisture is in the air and the walls so the equipment dries the house evenly instead of just making it warm and muggy. Mike keeps detailed photo documentation on every job, partly because insurance adjusters like it and partly because he once won an argument with a skeptical homeowner using a thermal imaging scan. He lives in Garden Grove and is weirdly good at finding the exact source of slab leaks without tearing up more flooring than necessary.
Danielle S. – Senior Remediation Specialist
Danielle leads our mold remediation projects and has spent 11 years in the trade, eight of them with Dryden Restoration Orange County. She’s certified through IICRC in Applied Microbial Remediation and knows more about containment barriers and negative air pressure than most people know about their own kitchens. Danielle is the person who explains to homeowners in plain English that RH, relative humidity, above 60% in a wall cavity is an open invitation for mold, and that drying a house isn’t finished until the RH stays below that number for a full 24 hours. She lives in Mission Viejo and keeps a moisture meter in her personal truck, which her family finds excessive and we find entirely reasonable.
Carmen T. – Service Coordinator
Carmen is the voice on the phone when you call us at any hour, because a living person answers every call, not a voicemail. She’s been coordinating restoration crews in Orange County for over a decade, and she knows which technician to send based on what kind of loss you’re describing, whether it’s a flooded crawl space in Irvine or smoke damage from a kitchen fire in Fullerton. Carmen is fluent in Spanish, which helps enormously when a homeowner is stressed and needs to explain the problem in their first language. She lives in Santa Ana and has a laminated map of Orange County freeways in her office that she swears predates every navigation app.
Oscar V. – Apprentice Technician
Oscar is two years into his restoration career and working toward his IICRC Water Damage Restoration certification under Mike’s supervision. He runs the XPOWER air movers, monitors the Dri-Eaz dehumidifiers, and does the unglamorous but essential work of checking drying logs every single morning. Oscar came to us from a general construction background, so he’s naturally good at the demolition side of water damage, removing wet drywall cleanly and without damaging the studs we’re trying to save. He lives in Anaheim and is currently learning the fine art of explaining to homeowners why their floor feels dry to the touch but still needs another two days under the Injectidry mats.
One Standard, Every Job
Every person on this page works under the same written rules, which we call The Kingswell Way. It means we say the price before the work starts, in writing, every time. It means we show up in the window we gave you, and if traffic on the 405 makes that impossible, we call before the window closes. It means we leave the job site cleaner than we found it, because a homeowner dealing with a flooded house doesn’t need construction debris added to the stress. And it means the 365-Day Done Right Promise is on paper, not spoken. If a covered repair fails within a year, we come back and correct it at zero additional cost. Carl doesn’t ask the team to memorize a mission statement. He asks us to do what the paperwork says we’ll do. That’s the standard, and it’s the same one we’ve held since 2005.
