Water Damage: Slab Leak in Laguna Niguel
Before
After
Before
AfterThe problem: a pinhole leak in a copper supply line under the slab had been saturating the subfloor long before water surfaced at the baseboards. By the time we arrived, relative humidity inside the wall cavities read 78%. We isolated the affected zone, pulled the flooring, and ran Dri-Eaz dehumidifiers and Phoenix axial air movers for five days until moisture readings matched the unaffected rooms. Then we rebuilt the floor to match the existing plank width and finish.
Mold Remediation: Attic Colonization in Yorba Linda
Before
After
A Yorba Linda homeowner called us after a home inspector flagged “attic discoloration.” It was mold, fed by three bathroom fans that terminated directly into the attic. We contained the space, removed the contaminated insulation, HEPA-sanded the sheathing, and applied an antimicrobial treatment. The real fix was mechanical: we rerouted every exhaust duct through the roof and added two soffit vents to correct the ventilation deficit. A year later, the attic still tests clean.
Fire Damage: Kitchen Grease Fire in Huntington Beach

The fire started in a pan and climbed into the range hood. Flames were suppressed quickly, but smoke and soot had traveled through the entire first floor. We began with emergency board-up and odor control, then ran Injectidry systems to pull particulate from the cabinet interiors and wall cavities. The drywall in the fire zone was removed and replaced; the rest of the kitchen was degreased, sealed, and repainted. Adjuster documentation was photo-logged throughout, and the claim processed without dispute.
Water Damage: Water Heater Failure in Anaheim

An Anaheim homeowner woke to a garage under two inches of water. The heater had failed at the tank seam. We extracted standing water within hours, pulled the baseboards and drywall to expose the framing, and set up XPOWER air movers plus a B-Air dehumidifier. We used psychrometric tracking, measuring the actual rate of moisture release from the wood, to determine when the structure was dry rather than guessing. Drying took four days; reconstruction took three. Written price up front, no surprises.
Mold Remediation: Crawl Space in Irvine

A slow leak at a copper joint had been dripping into the crawl space long enough to turn the joist bays into a fungal nursery. Crawl spaces are easy to forget and expensive to ignore. We contained the area with negative air pressure, removed the contaminated insulation, media-blasted the affected joists, and applied an encapsulant. Then we installed a new 6-mil vapor barrier and a permanently plumbed dehumidifier. The follow-up clearance test showed airborne spore counts no higher than the outside air.
Water Damage: Roof Leak in San Clemente

Winter storms found the gap where a roofline met a chimney chase in this San Clemente home. Water traveled down the chase and pooled above the bedroom ceiling until the drywall gave way. We cut out the saturated ceiling, removed the wet insulation, and dried the cavity with a Dri-Eaz DriForce system pushing air through the joist bays. Once the framing met our moisture threshold, we reinsulated, rehung the drywall, and repainted. Roofing was handled by the homeowner’s roofer; our scope stayed inside.
